Privacy
Starter public beta privacy notes for StriveMatch profiles, videos, trials, and contact workflows. This page is not legal-final.
Some pages remain in English during early-access public beta.
This lightweight privacy page is an early public beta overview and should be replaced with a formal privacy policy before full production launch.
StriveMatch stores account profile information, role selection, city, organization, player details, embedded video links, match stats, trial posts, trial applications, club needs, shortlists, verification requests, and contact-interest style workflow data.
Public beta proof is expected to use YouTube unlisted performance links hosted externally by YouTube. Vimeo playback may remain as a technical fallback where already supported. StriveMatch does not currently store uploaded video files or provide direct file upload.
Approved player profiles, open trials, open club needs, and public club information may be visible to visitors so the platform can support cricket discovery. Private contact details should stay inside StriveMatch workflows and should not be exposed publicly unless a user deliberately chooses a supported public contact setting.
StriveMatch separates public profiles, reviewed proof, private contact interest, scout-only future data, and admin-only review notes. Public beta users should assume approved profile and proof context may be visible, while private contact and admin review records stay restricted.
Public visibility means cricket context may be discoverable by visitors, scouts, clubs, academies, or search engines. It should not include private phone numbers, home addresses, school details, travel plans, or sensitive identity documents.
Shortlists, report details, admin review notes, private contact interest, and future scout-only evaluation tools should be treated as restricted workflow information rather than public profile content.
Users should only submit information and video links they have permission to share. Younger players should involve a parent, guardian, coach, or trusted adult before sharing proof, applying for trials, or expressing sponsorship interest.
Reports about privacy, impersonation, inaccurate information, misleading proof, or inappropriate content are reviewed manually. StriveMatch cannot promise instant resolution during public beta.
If profile content is reported or rejected, StriveMatch may keep limited operational records so admins can understand the review history and ask for clearer updates where appropriate.
During beta, contact StriveMatch support at strivematchofficial@gmail.com to request correction or removal of profile, video, trial, or club data, including account deletion. Parents or guardians can request removal of a junior player's profile. Deletion requests are handled manually during beta.
